BACKGROUND
10 years in operations. Now I bring that to founders who need it most.
I spent a decade operating inside enterprise environments — leading teams at Optum and UnitedHealthcare, building reporting systems, and managing the kind of complexity most small businesses never encounter.
That is where I learned what structured operations actually looks like when it works.
Most founders do not have that. They grow on instinct, memory, and disconnected tools — until it breaks.
